All students get free copies of Microsoft Office for any device; laptop, PC, tablet and phone.
Free Gym Membership
All students get free membership to our three fantastic gyms at Baltic Campus, Skills Academy for Construction and the Academy for Sport, all packed with weight-training and cardio equipment, changing rooms and showers.
Daily parking is free at all our campuses. You just need to pick up a Permit for £10 for the year. You can do this in your first few weeks of term.
NUS Student Card
As a Gateshead College student you can apply for an NUS Extra Student Discount Card. For just £12 a year you’ll get exclusive discounts at all your favourite places including Amazon, Odeon, ASOS and Pizza Express. www.nus.org.uk
If you’re under 20 you can apply to the Care to Learn scheme for help with childcare costs and travel expenses. Or you can apply to the Gateshead College Bursary (see above).

Our Baltic Salon and Spa at Baltic Campus offers a full range of discounted hair and beauty treatments starting from just £4.
Our Barber Shop at Skills Academy for Construction offers a gents’ barbering and shaving service to from just £3.
