Level 3 Hospitality, Events & Tourism Management

The Hospitality, Event and Tourism industries are the fastest growing sectors in the North East with excellent job opportunities. Businesses such as hotels, restaurants and visitor attractions are all looking for staff who have the ability to not only to deliver exceptional customer service but lead a team, manage and supervise staff.

The North East has been selected as the location for a major £2.25 million tourism project which aims to attract more investment, welcome more sporting, business and cultural events, support business growth, create new jobs, and boost domestic and international tourist numbers and you could be a key part in achieving this.

In 2024, The Sage, a community-focused, state-of-the-art business and entertainment destination is planned to open, bringing the world to the region. It will be the North East's largest business and entertainment district and will welcome more than one million visitors annually. The development is due to provide an estimated £70m annual boost for the local economy, creating 2,000 jobs.

This course will enable you to develop skills and gain knowledge to confidently give your customers the 5-star treatment as well as building your leadership skills and confidence to ensure you get the best out of you and your team.
