The course has 4 main units over 2 years:
1st Year
- Changing Awareness of Crime - Coursework
- Criminologies Theories - 90 minute exam
2nd Year
- Crime Scene to Courtroom - coursework
- Crime and Punishment - 90 minute exam

To study A Levels, you will need to achieve a strong GCSE grade profile including Maths and English Language.
If you don’t quite get these grades, we do offer an initial assessment to check your suitability for the course.
This course is free to those aged under 19 years old.
Most people aged 19 years and over can qualify for free course fees and there are grants and bursaries you can apply for to help cover the costs of coming to college, depending on your circumstances.
