Do you see yourself working at 41000 ft, looking after the safety and comfort of airline passengers, whatever their travel purpose - visiting friends, taking a family holiday or travelling for business?
If the answer is yes, then this course is for you.
Designed to give
you the skills and knowledge needed to work in this exciting role as Cabin Crew.
You will have the opportunity to develop practical skills through a range of simulated activities including the delivery of on board services and safety demonstrations.
Newcastle Airport is currently embarking on a significant development plan, including the expansion of the airport to enhance domestic capacity and develop a new international terminal, creating huge job opportunities in the North East region.
This course consists of five units;
- The role of Cabin Crew
- Airline health, safety and security
- Responding to planned and unplanned emergencies on-board an aircraft
- Selling products and services to passengers
- Making passenger announcements on-board aircraft.

Achieving this qualification will give you a flying start to support your application for the many Cabin Crew opportunities with a range of airlines including TUI, Jet2 and Ryanair.
GCSE qualifications or equivalent in English and Maths will normally be required.
However, mature applicants without formal qualifications who have a good standard of English and maths are encouraged to apply.
