The doors of Digital Up North are open to everyone; employers, community partners, regional organisations, small businesses as a place to connect, collaborate, share challenges and turn conversation into practical activity.
We know digital touches every sector, every type of business. For some, the conversation is about AI, cyber security, automation, data and productivity. For others it’s about building confidence, understanding where to start or helping employees feel less intimidated by tech.
Digital Up North provides a space where these conversations can happen in a practical, accessible and jargon-free way.
Many people in tech didn’t begin there. Digital Up North is about helping young people, adults, career changes and communities see the opportunities available to them. We connect our learners with employers, live projects and mentors to help build confidence and create clearer routes into digital and technology related careers.
For employers, we connect you with future employees equipped with digital skills who are ready to make an impact.
We focus on the things that matter, aligning our priorities to the skills and training our region needs to be a digital powerhouse. Digital Up North gives us a space to bring partners together around the digital, cyber, data and AI skills our region needs. We deliver regional and national pilots and programmes and create space for collaboration, prototype testing and shared solution creation.
