The Hub supports Agile as a methodology, focussing on working in short, iterative cycles, prioritising collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement. TThe Digital Up North Hub is designed to make these practices natural and effective.

Presentation Space: Sharing Vision & Progress

• The presentation space anchors sprint reviews, showcases and planning sessions. It’s where teams share progress, demonstrate work completed during a sprint and align around goals. By creating a clear, shared understanding of priorities, this space helps keep everyone focused on delivering value.
• Connected to this is one of The Hub’s most powerful features: simultaneous screen sharing from all four collaborative workstations, each able to display live content at the same time. Rather than one‑way presentations, teams can compare workstreams side by side, problem‑solve collectively and make decisions quickly, turning meetings into active working sessions.

Team Breakout Area: Daily Stand‑Ups & Alignment

• The team breakout area is designed for daily stand‑ups and quick alignment moments: informal, high‑energy check‑ins that keep work visible and teams accountable.

Collaborative Workstations – Sprint Delivery & Collaboration

• The collaborative workstations are designed for hands‑on sprint work, allowing small groups to co‑create, test ideas and adapt quickly as priorities change.

Board Table: Planning, Retrospectives & Decision‑Making

The board table provides a structured space for sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives, supporting reflection, learning and continuous improvement.

Capacity: 13 per studio

Alongside The Hub, we have two digital studios which can support more hands-on delivery, training or project work. Each is euipped with 13 PCs, an electronic whiteboard and a meeting table.

Teams can plan, align and review work in The Hub, then breakout into the studios for deep concentration, development, analysis or training, before quickly reconnecting for feedback and decision‑making.
