Rail Track Engineer Training

We are working with employers in the rail industry to recruit and train their new team members due to a high demand in this sector. If you're currently unemployed, this could be a great opportunity to get back into work.

Course content

  • Industry relevant skills
  • Engineering qualifications - NVQ Level 2 in Rail Engineering (Track Maintenance & Repair) and Level 2 Certificate in Rail Engineering (Underpinning Knowledge)
  • Track induction
  • Personal Track Safety Card

Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm for 8 weeks

After the course
We'll set you up with a paid work trial with a rail company.

Past students have gone onto work with some great companies including McGinley, ISS, Coyles, Vital Rail, Redstone Projects and GBR Solutions.

Who's it for?
Anyone who is currently unemployed and over 18 years old. No prior qualifications or work experience needed.
