About the event

Unsure whether you want a career in Automotive or Engineering?

Try them both for yourself and see where they work together, and where they work apart.

In Engineering, you will be able to take part in CNC machining, CAD design and additive manufacturing tasks, with workshop demonstrations lead by our team of engineers, giving you the opportunity to get hands on with some of the tooling and equipment you’ll be using in an engineering career. 

In Automotive you can get hands on in the paint workshop, body workshop and mechanical workshop. 

Take part in activities including masking, paint spraying, body repair, removing and refitting wheels and brakes and more. 

Please make sure you arrive on time for the start of the event as it’s not a drop in event and we don’t want you to miss out on any of the activities.

The session is for prospective students only and whilst parents/carers are welcome to come along you’ll be asked to wait in our designated waiting areas.
