Our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Entry level 1 course is an excellent choice if your English is at beginner level.
The course will help you to:
It also includes the opportunity to gain a qualification in employability skills to prepare you for work in the UK. Classes are held in the mornings and afternoons with a range of different times and days. You will study for ten hours per week over two or three days a week. You will also have the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications in ESOL.
You will have the opportunity to take qualifications in:
• Reading• Writing• Wpeaking and listening
These awards are generally completed once a term. You will also complete a qualification in Employability Skills.
You can progress to the next level in ESOL, Entry level 2. After completion of Entry level 3 you can progress onto mainstream vocational courses at Level 1 or apply to become a British citizen.
If you wish to move into higher education, Level 2 is accepted for entry to a range of courses, but please check the specific entry requirements with the individual providers.
