What you will do in your working day

You’ll play an important role in supporting our marketing activity across a range of channels, helping to increase brand awareness, promote our services, engage with audiences, and attract both clients and candidates.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation, social media, branding, and digital marketing who wants to develop their skills in a supportive and innovative business environment.

General Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Manage and maintain Talentheads presence across social media platforms, creating engaging and relevant content
• Create graphics, promotional materials, and visual content using Canva and other design tools
• Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and stories for use across social media and website platforms
• Assist with planning and maintaining the company marketing calendar and content schedule
• Promote vacancies, success stories, and company initiatives through creative marketing campaigns
• Support the branding and promotion of open days, networking events, speaking engagements, recruitment events, and sponsorship activities
• Develop and publish client case studies, testimonials, and employer success stories that showcase Talentheads expertise and impact
• Assist with website updates and digital content management
• Support the creation and implementation of internal business processes and marketing administration activities
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to help improve campaign performance
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions to support continued business growth
