Your wellbeing is our top priority and we are here for you.

We understand that most people will struggle with mental health at some point in their lives.

One of the best things you can do if you need support is talk to friends, family or our team. You can also find lots of ways to help you become more resilient and cope when life gets a little tough. 

Try some of the free tools recommended by our Welfare and Wellbeing Team and see what works best for you. 


  • The Happy Place App - Designed to help you take time out, create space and find time to focus on yourself by providing a variety of practices to suit your taste and ability, when convenient to you.
  • Insight Timer - Includes guided meditations, sleep music tracks and talks led by the top meditation and mindfulness experts, neuroscientists, psychologists and teachers from Stanford, Harvard, the University of Oxford. It includes music tracks from world-renowned artists. 
  • Calm - Helps you manage stress, balance moods, sleep better and refocus your attention. 


  • The Mel Robbins Podcast - Mel talks about how to improve your life and covers topics such as improving your brain health, rewiring your stress response, dealing with anxiety, goal setting and happiness.
  • The High Performance Podcast - Has a variety of guests from different backgrounds talking about things such as mindset, confidence and overcoming adversity.
  • Helen Wills Teenage Kicks - Podcasts for teens, their parents and people working with young adults. She talks about how to tackle your own problems and looks at issues such as self harm, sexuality, gender, mental health and cyberbullying.
  • The Happy Place Podcast - Fearne Cotton and her guests talk about what happiness means to different people.
