The sixth cohort of Nexus employees have successfully completed their Level One ETCAL Award and Level 2 NCFE Customer Service qualification through our collaboration with Nexus, marking another milestone in a growing partnership focused on upskilling teams across the organisation.
Over a ten-week period, the programme equipped learners with practical skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, real-world setting.
Beyond strengthening core customer service skills, the programme fostered cross-team collaboration, bringing together employees from across Nexus to exchange experiences, ideas, and best practices.
Leadership at Nexus has played a pivotal role in championing this collaboration, recognising the importance of professional development in sustaining high customer service standards across the network.
