Apprenticeship Mentor Training
As an apprenticeship mentor, you play an indispensable role in the apprentice’s journey and could be the key to their success.
To support you in your role we would like to invite you to a free, one day training session to support you in your role as a mentor for your apprentice.
Running from 9:30am - 3:30pm, the session will answer the following questions:
- What is expected of me as a mentor and how can I support my apprentice to be successful?
- How do I safeguard myself and my mentee?
- Where do I go to for support?
- What mentoring methods and tools are there and which are most effective?
- What skills should I have to be an effective mentor? How can I develop these skills?
- How do I prepare and conduct successful mentoring conversations?
Following the successful completion of this one day training you will receive a L1 Qualification in Introduction to Mentoring.
