Level 2 Patisserie

Level 2 Patisserie and confectionary is aimed at school leavers who have a passion to develop their career as a pastry chef in hotels, bakeries and the modern café culture.

The course is also suitable for adults who desire a career change. The course will focus on baking dough products, making and decorating cakes and sponges, working with chocolate, producing hot and cold dessert products as well as learning about health safety and hygiene and developing skills  about healthier product items.
