And you'll have the chance to develop specific skills in Lash Extensions, Caflon Ear Piercing or LashLift through our suite of addtional, optional training. (An addtional cost applies.)
You'll learn a range of beauty therapy skills, including:
- Facial Skin Therapy
- A variety of make-up techniques

- Warm waxing and Hot waxing techniques
You will also develop your customer service skills, including;
- Promoting products and services
- Effectiveness in the workplace
- Health and safety
- Reception management
- Working as part of a team
You will be continually assessed throughout the course to check that you are developing the skills and knowledge you need to pass the course. There will be theoretical written assignments and testing as well as practical assessments carried out in our commercial salon Botanica. You may also be asked to do work at home. All assessments will be against the nationally recognised standards set by the awarding body, City and Guilds.
You will be invited to buy a branded professional uniform, which must be worn during all training sessions and a beauty kit. We will let you know the prices of the uniform and kit when you enrol.
There will be an additional cost of any extra triaining you choose to do such as Lash Extensions, Caflon Ear Piercing or LashLift.
