This workshop will train you to provide both manual and spray tanning applications application on your clients. You will develop the knowledge and skills to prepare yourself, work area and client and provide a professional tanning application.
You’ll also learn the health and safety, contra-indications and homecare and after care advice to support the maintenance of the tan.
You will receive a VTCT Level 2 Award in Tanning Techniques after successful completion of the course.

Knowledge
Chemistry: Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods.
