If you enjoy activities such as Climbing, Mountain Biking, Paddle Boarding, Rambling, Orienteering, and Kayaking to name a few this course is for you.
This course is solely designed for a career in outdoor education or to run your own outdoor activity sessions.
We have a close working relationship with outdoor education specialists who had an input into the course design.
The course will be a combination of practical and outdoor activities alongside the theory needed to make you a knowledgeable practitioner.
Units are internally assessed through practical observations and written assignments.

This course does carry UCAS points if you wish to continue study at university.
There are a number of degree courses around the country that offer Outdoor Education as an option.
If you wish to seek employment in the industry we will give you the right advice and guidance in ensuring you have the necessary skill based qualifications alongside this course.

This course is free to those aged under 19 years old.
Most people aged 19 years and over can qualify for free course fees and there are grants and bursaries you can apply for to help cover the costs of coming to college, depending on your circumstances.
