You’ll build practical digital skills and use creative tools that will help you in work, study or everyday life.

When you finish this course, you can move on to a Level 1 Digital Technology course or start work in an entry-level digital role.

You’ll have real skills and experience to help you take that next step.

You don’t need any formal qualifications.

We just ask that you bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

You’ll also study Maths and English alongside your main course.

Computers and Electronics: Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Telecommunications: Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of telecommunications systems.
