What you will do in your working day

  • Help and manage human resources
  • Carry out some telemarketing sales and send introductory company emails
  • Help Directors with day-to-day work
  • Learn the business processes including operational requirements
  • Keep client files up to date and carry out general administrative requirements
Gain hands-on experience in business administration, including human resources functions, marketing through telemarketing and email campaigns, and support for day-to-day operations and general office tasks.

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Level 3.
