Assisting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hotel kitchen environment, offering food for all occasions, and giving them the opportunity to learn a variety of skills (they will have the chance to work not only in the main kitchen but also in our pastry and conference and banqueting sections). 

  • To assist the head chef in the day to day running of the kitchen
  • To work to safe and legal practices
  • To ensure the high standards are always kept
  • To ensure all products entering and leaving the kitchens are to the set standards
  • To track, replenish and keep in date order, the stock holding
  • To be pro-active in all actions and tasks set for you
