The Board is collectively accountable for the business of the College, taking all decisions on all matters within its duties and responsibilities, and always acting in the interests of the corporation.

The Board must set out its primary responsibilities in the Instrument and Articles of Government which can be found below, and this sits alongside the Standing Orders which set out how the Board is going to carry out its business.

The Terms of Reference set out the remit of each Committee who have been given delegated authority to carry out functions on behalf of the Board.
