Free online training for tourism employees
Gateshead College is offering a range of online courses to develop your workforce and support your business during the Covid-19 pandemic.
We appreciate that it’s a really challenging time for the tourism industry which is why these courses are free and because they’re all delivered online, your staff can learn new skills while working from home.
Courses range from customer service and mental health awareness to specific skills including web design, social media and digital marketing.
New courses are being introduced all the time so if there’s something in particular that you’d like us to develop, let us know and we’ll work with you to meet your business needs.
