Want to recognise and celebrate the good and positive behaviour that we see and experience in college. The stuff that builds respect, understanding, equality and a positive community that we all want to be a part of and that we can all be proud of. This good or green flag behaviour could be anything that you see, do or experience that is something to be proud of. It could be:

• Listening and believing other’s lived experiences
• Respecting differences even if you can’t agree
• Treating others as equals
• Challenging unfair or out of line behaviour, in an appropriate way
• Supporting your friends if they want to speak up
