If you choose to report something with details, we’ll ask you for your name and contact details. This might be about you or someone else. A member of our team will be able to get in touch and follow things up.

Your report will be treated confidentially within the boundaries of our safeguarding policies and procedures. The information you share will only be passed to the appropriate, trained staff who need it to look into the situation to ensure investigations are fair, impartial and evidence based. We won’t share any personal or identifying details unless we believe there is a real risk to someone’s safety or wellbeing.

If an assault has just happened, or you feel unsafe, at risk, or have injuries that need urgent medical help, please contact emergency services immediately on 999.

The college will endeavour to provide appropriate support for both the reporters and the person(s) accused throughout investigations. If an investigation is concluded and there is evidence of deliberate false accusations the college may inform the police (where appropriate) or use our own disciplinary procedures to resolve the situation.
By submitting this form, you’re confirming that you understand how your information will be used, as outlined in our Privacy Notice and the relevant college policies.
