Students' Advice Service

The Students' Advice Service can offer free, impartial, confidential advice and assistance. Get advice on issues such as welfare benefits, consumer issues and housing. If we cannot answer your query or solve your problem we will know someone who can!

Examples of the types of issues covered are:

  • Student Finance – student loans, further and higher education funds, childcare
  • Welfare benefits - entitlement,  reviews, implications when studying full time
  • Housing - council tax, finding accommodation, housing costs

Drop in/appointments: Enquire at Student Services at our Baltic Campus for availability.   

Enquiry Card: Pick up and fill in an enquiry card from Reception at any of our campus’ or from Student Services at our Baltic Campus and either post it or leave it at Reception.
