Students' Union
As a Students' Union member you are be able to get, free of charge, a Democracy Card which can be used as ID.
For an extra £10 you'll be able to upgrade this to a Student Union card which you'll be able to use to get discounts on a great range of shops and activities.
The main aims of the Students' Union are:
- To promote the general interests of the students
- To act as a channel of communication between members, the college and other bodies
- To provide opportunities for cultural, recreational and social activities for its members.
You can get directly involved in the Students' Union by running for election. If you become part of the committee, you'll get the chance to have your say, represent your mates and organise loads of activities - think end of term parties!
