The Level 2 Award in Food Safety/ Food Hygiene is the national standard for staff employed in the catering industry and needs to be updated by employees every three years.
This programme consists of seven hours teaching which can be taught over one full day, as two evenings or as two Saturday mornings.The teaching is followed immediately by an exam.
