Course overview
If you are currently working in a senior administration role or management position this course is for you. A level 5 or equivalent HNC/HND is required for entry.
Entry is also available into the final year with a Foundation Degree in Business and Management.
The BA (Hons) Leadership Management; Organisation (part-time) is validated by Teesside University.
The newly updated degree programme provides a wide variety of modules giving you a sound grounding in a number of key management knowledge and competence areas. The modules are designed to prepare you for masters programmes and to enable you to demonstrate your ability to undertake independent research through a dissertation.

- Leadership in Context
- Managing Creativity and Innovation
- Managing Change Dissertation
- TBC Managing Across Cultures
The qualification you will receive is a BA (Hons) Leadership Management & Organisation.
You may progress to an MBA, a professional institute membership diploma, a career in middle or senior management, or to a post graduate teaching certificate.
Over 70% of students gain promotion whilst studying, or gain a significant career advancement within 2 years of leaving the programme, or in some cases go on to study for masters programmes. Alternatively several students have gone on to teach business.
