This A Level offers the opportunity to study political behaviour, processes and institutions. You will develop a broad knowledge and understanding of the political systems of the UK. You will also examine key components of the US political system as well as exploring issues and ideologies that drive political debates. This subject will be of interest to you if you are keen to discuss and learn more about current affairs and political issues
Your knowledge and skills will be assessed in a variety of ways including:
- Practical assessments
- Exams; you'll sit one written exam as the end of year 1 and three exams at the end of year 2
