Engineering

Engineering remains an important and dynamic sector of the regional and national economy. Products as diverse as motor vehicles, wind turbines and electric pumps are manufactured and exported. Achieving excellence demands a high level of workforce skills, and these need to be constantly renewed.

We offer a range of engineering and manufacturing courses, including aspects of:

  • Welding training and tests
  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Metal fabrication
  • Robotics

Courses are held at our purpose-built Skills Academy for Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics at Team Valley. All our staff are well qualified and have experience in industry.
