You'll study at our Baltic Campus, within the Gateshead quayside and just minutes from Newcastle City Centre and its attractions. Training takes place in our training restaurant, Enfields, where you will serve paying guests to gain the skills you need in industry.

Previous students have progressed to Greenhouse Brasserie, a stylish, modern restaurant also based at Baltic Campus, frequented by staff and students of the College and the local business community.
