Six month training course

You’ll attend training to complete a nationally recognised qualification relevant to the industry you’re interested in. The qualification will provide the foundation skills you need and is an ideal introduction to be able to progress further.

Work ready training

We’ll help you prepare for the world of work and develop the ‘soft’ skills valued by employers such as communication and team working. We’ll also help you improve your job hunting chances with CV writing, interview preparation workshops and confidence building.

English and maths skills

Most apprenticeships require you to have above a grade C (4) in English and maths. We’ll work with you to improve your GCSE grades, putting you in a stronger position to secure an apprenticeship.

High quality work experience

Through our network of employers, we’ll source you a work experience placement giving you essential work-ready skills and contacts. This experience will be of a very high quality, you won’t just be observing or making cups of tea. You’ll receive mentoring and feedback so that you can monitor your progress and make sure you gain the experience you need to move forward.

Guaranteed interview

At the end of your work experience placement you’ll have an interview with your placement employer, giving you an insight into a real interview experience to help you be successful in the future and a chance at securing any apprenticeship vacancies they may have. You’ll also be given a professional reference to help you apply for future positions and outshine the competition.
